- How is cleanup different from emergency removal?
- Emergency removal addresses an urgent fallen-tree hazard, such as a tree on a house or blocked access. Cleanup covers the debris and follow-up tree work after the immediate danger is assessed. Call to discuss which you need.
- Should I move fallen branches myself?
- Stay clear of suspended limbs, leaning trees and downed wires. Fallen wood can shift or be under tension. For immediate danger call 911 or your utility; do not attempt to cut unstable trees yourself.
- Will insurance pay for storm cleanup?
- Coverage depends on your policy and the damage. We can provide a written quote and help with the claim process, but your insurer determines coverage and reimbursement.
- Can you also grind the stump?
- Yes. Ask for stump grinding to be listed separately in the written quote. Access and underground utility marking need to be checked before grinding.
